This colorful Indianapolis wedding at the Barn at Kennedy Farm features gorgeous bouquets of bright orange and deep fuchsia to accent the pale sage green bridesmaids’ dresses. The bride donned a lace, backless sweetheart-cut gown and a finger-tip length veil. Their outdoor ceremony under the tall oaks, surrounded by faux church windows made you feel like you were in a church with invisible walls! The joyful evening ended with a sparkler exit!

This day truly moved me. The relationship between Torie and Brad, their relationship with God and the value they put in their family and friends is so strong. They are truly two of the most caring, selfless and genuine humans I have ever encountered. To say it was an honor to celebrate with them on their wedding day is an understatement!

If anyone in the world deserves the most beautiful weather on their wedding day, it’s Torie and Brad. JOY radiated from everyone at every moment of this beautiful day! As I spent time with Torie, Brad and their closest friends and family members, I observed and listened to the way people speak of them and it proves that they deserve the absolute best in the world! The bridesmaids are sweet and sassy and the groomsmen were a hoot! (I honestly wish I could be part of their friend circle because they are a BLAST!) Everyone in attendance was truly so so happy for Torie and Brad to commit to one another!

I asked Torie how she envisioned her wedding day and she had the most beautiful response: “I envision it to be sweet, romantic and intentional. I don’t want to hectically fly from moment to moment but joyfully move through the day. I want us to make room for the important things and not stress small things. I want people to have so much fun and to feel loved and to take in God’s goodness. Mostly I want to be close to Brad and to savor the first moments of being his wife.”

TALK ABOUT WEDDING PRIORITY GOALS! Every. Single. Couple. can learn from this couple! Set your intention for your day. Don’t sweat the small stuff and shift your focus on the true meaning of this day!

Not only was the atmosphere joyful and bright but the color story of their day reflected that perfectly! My jaw literally dropped when I saw Torie’s gorgeous multi-colored bouquet with deep pink and bright orange roses! The flowers resembled the bright personalities of everyone in the wedding! It was just the most beautiful day all around and I am so grateful to have been able to photograph it! It will definitely go in the books as one of my favorites!

It was an absolute pleasure to serve you as you start this journey as husband and wife! I am so blessed to have been able to capture the precious memories of your day for you to cherish for years and years to come! I hope Wyoming is amazing! The Barn at Kennedy Farm is one of the most beautiful barn venues in Indiana. My favorite part of this Indiana wedding venue is the stunning property which features giant oak trees for a wedding ceremony to take place under and tons of open space and large trees for gorgeous, evenly lit bride and groom portraits. Inside the barn are tall ceilings with chandelier accents and tons of room for reception dancing. This Indiana Wedding Venue is one that I would shoot at again and again!
