Jennifer and Cole snagged one of the last beautiful evenings we got this fall for their engagement session! I had the pleasure of meeting Jennifer and Cole three years ago when I photographed their lakeside family session! Jennifer mentioned “I’ll know who to call when it’s wedding time for us” and now the time has come! What a beautiful blessing it is to be part of so many special seasons of my couples’ lives. It always brings me so much joy to have people in front of my camera again and again!

Being fresh out of delivering our baby girl, I was so worried all the color would be gone by the time I was feeling up for shooting again. We had some cold weather and strong winds and rain come through just a week before we planned on this session and I sat at home watching the color stripped from the trees. But luckily, we had juuuust enough leaves left to add some color to Jennifer and Cole’s engagement session! I loved exploring some new territory at one of my favorite spots in my hometown and I can’t wait for their wedding next year at the lovely Blue Barn Berry Farm!
