I am overwhelmed with bittersweet feelings that my time serving Hannah and Noah is over. They are so so special and truly hold a special place in my heart! It has been an honor to document their love during this season of their lives. Meeting their friends and family and preserving their love for one another has brought me incredible amounts of joy!!
Hannah’s dress was an absolute showstopper!! From the low back to the incredible two-layer train, it had a vintage-romance yet modern feel. She described it as having that “wow” factor and, boy was she right! It paired perfectly with the pale blush bridesmaids’ dresses and neutral bouquets with accents of pink!
Their story is one for the books.
Hannah and Noah met through Purdue athletics their freshman year and always had a boyfriend when they met and Noah knew he had to be with her so he waited. And waited. And then a year and a half later, he had his chance. But Noah was hesitant to ask her out, worried she may need time to put herself back together. And she did. But after waiting even longer and chatting at a party one night, Noah put his heart all out on the table.
He sent her an email with an attachment. It read (in a nutshell) all about “this girl” he knew and how he smiled every time he looked at her. How she made the bus trips shorter when he got to sit near her and the massive amounts of joy she would bring him. He shared how he had to tell “this girl” his feelings for her. How he is fully committed to being there for her no matter what.
It closes with: “This girl is you. And this girl means the world to me.”
Hannah’s bridesmaids call him “Noah Sparks” because he’s romantic and writes like Nicholas Sparks lol Every girl that has ever heard this story just melts to pieces but Hannah almost didn’t go for it! She sent the email to Riley, MOH, like ‘is this weird? or romantic?’ lol!
To the newlyweds, Mr. & Mrs. Evans,
Being a part of your story has brought me so much joy. You both truly made me feel like I was one of your own during the times that we spent together! I wish you both nothing but the happiest marriage and I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for allowing me to capture such a precious season of your lives. Congratulations! Enjoy my favorites from your day!
xo, Court
I’m obsessed with this one! Oh my goodness, I can FEEL the love in LITERALLY EVERY PHOTO I took of them!
I can’t handle this one that Bailey caught for me. I was taking photos of the girls and Noah’s guys had all gone inside. He just loves to look at her. The love he has for Hannah is undeniable!
GAH! Hannah! You are STUN-NING! You really nailed your “smise” (smile with your eyes — IYKYK)
At this very moment, (confirmed after the ceremony) Noah was holding back tears then he looked at me and started laughing. After the ceremony, I asked, “Did you think looking at me would fight off the tears?” he said “Yup!” hahaha! And it did!
GREAT-GRANDMA IRENE CUTTING A RUG!! She’s 100 years old. No joke. She is 100 1/2 years old!!
I’ve never posted a photo blurry like this but I kind of like it!! It gives the energy of this moment which was actually a bit stressful because a giant storm was coming and it started sprinkling!!
