This summer wedding at The Pavilion at Orchard Ridge in Rockton, Illinois features pale rose petal bridesmaids, light grey groomsmen suits, a fitted backless bridal gown and a cathedral-length bridal veil. The florals were neutral with touches of blush pink and the grounds of the venue allowed for so many beautiful portrait locations.

Brittney found me on Pinterest. I still can’t believe it. Before I left on Saturday, she said “I thought, ya know what, I’m just going to click through and check this girl out. But she’s probably in New York or something.” Then she was so happy when she found out I was just a state away! She asked if I would travel and I was thrilled to!

When we finally met for their engagement session, all three of us hit it off immediately. We had the best time! And of course arriving for the wedding day, it was like showing up to shoot a friend’s wedding. And by the end of the evening, I really didn’t want to leave! I wanted to continue celebrating with my FRIENDS Brittney and Dave!
