This is my wedding day bible and I can't prepare for a wedding day without it! This questionnaire gets me ALL the details of my couple's day so that I am not only prepared for what's to come but I know my brides' preferences--like who can watch the First Look, if she wants a special location for portraits, awkward family dynamics, etc.
This is my complete Pre-Wedding Questionnaire that I send to my brides four to six weeks before the wedding day (late enough so that she has all the information I need but early enough that it's not crunch time and she's too busy to do it!).
