Spring Rose Garden Mommy + Me Session

I cannot get over how adorable this session is! Jaimee married an old family friend of mine (like I’ve known him since I was probably 3 lol!) and their little girl is an ANGEL! She loves all things girlie (dresses, lipstick, hair pieces) so when Jaimee asked about doing a session for her 3rd birthday, I was so excited! I imagined dressing her up and by some pretty flowers! Problem was, it was March and everything was crap outside so we waited. And I’m glad we did because the Rose Gardens in Fort Wayne are gorgeous right now!

So I originally bought a pink tulle skirt for my engagement pictures but after putting it on I thought it was a little too girlie for me. But then I thought ‘Omg, Jaimee should get a little matching skirt for Carsyn and it’ll be the cutest session of the year!’ So, as most would assume…Amazon to the rescue! Carsyn’s skirt can be found here, she’s wearing “Pink 2” and Mom’s skirt is here in ‘Blush”.

It took a little warming up for Carsyn to really come to life, but once her momma loved up on her a little (and she saw the water — she’s a fish out of water) she was all smiles! Enjoy my faves of this sweet Mommy and Me session!
