My top 25 engagement photos of 2019!
WOW! What a year 2019 has been! I cannot believe how truly blessed I am for the events and gifts that God has placed upon me this year. This time last year I had only two engagement sessions under my belt, I had second shot four weddings and only had one wedding of my own. I wasn’t super experienced but by golly, I had found my passion — I became obsessed! And honestly, I still am. I LOVE WEDDINGS! I love the excitement of proposals, the whole season of engagement and I, 110%, adore wedding days!
So let’s start with my favorites of this year’s engagement sessions! Let me share my disclaimer: #25-6 are not in any particular order, I just put them in an order that didn’t get too repetitive. But I do have a TOP FIVE so scroll down to see them and enjoy my faves!

#5
I love #5 because I love how the yellow flowers I was shooting through created the foreground and make the image just a little more interesting than if they were just standing in a grassy field!
#4
#4 will always be one of my favorites and I honestly just don’t know exactly why. I love the soft glow touching their heads to give that little bit of highlight, I love the glow coming through the trees, I love the sweet little forehead kiss and I also just love Jaime and Chris to pieces lol!
#3
omg, this session was one of my favorites because it was basically Tayler driving Corinna and I through his parents’ property in her jeep (to the point of me holding onto the ‘oh sh!t’ handles!). But #3 is at the top because of the gorgeous sky I captured with this sweet couple and the genuine LOVE you can see in Corinna’s eyes looking up at her hubby to be!
#2
#2 is hands down my favorite fall image. The colors, the light, the composition of how the tree frames the perfectly! (I’m a sucker for great composition and I’m usually blown away when I actually do it lol) — I love how it’s all tree through the top then just the sweet couple down underneath it. I mean, come on! Look at that glowy light coming through the gorgeous red leaves!
#1
Ah! This image will probably never get old. #1 is when I finally used the sun to my advantage! This couple was so fun to photograph–they are so joyful and go-with-the-flow, their wedding day will be so much fun! But this photo is just so genuine, they’re smiles were so true and that sun coming through the willow with the pond behind… Ah! Love it!
Way to go!! So much growth in just a year! Congrats!! ?
Love all of these! Great job, can’t wait to see what 2020 has in store for you!
Wow, these are gorgeous images! You have such a talent for photographing couples.
Beautiful engagement sessions and couples! Congratulations to them all!
OMG that’s so amazing how far you’ve come in just a year! These are all so breath taking!!
