This elegant and classic downtown Fort Wayne, Indiana wedding features emerald green bridesmaids dresses, navy blue suits with emerald green ties, gold metal accents and tons of neutral florals! The bride wore a simple and timelessly chic spaghetti strap gown with a sweetheart neckline and a cathedral length veil trimmed with lace!

You know it’s a great wedding when you leave wishing you were part of the family. Because that’s definitely what I felt as I said goodbye to the new Mr and Mrs Thomas and also to Maddie’s mom and sisters! These are the weddings I would shoot again and again and again!

When I arrived on that chilly morning, I met Margie, mother of the bride, in the lobby and as soon as we started talking, I felt right at home! She felt like the mother of a friend I had grown up with! And as if that wasn’t the best way to start the day, I was smothered with even more hospitality and warmth as we walked into the Presidential Suite at the Hilton. Liz immediately introduced herself to me as the bride’s sister and said “I’ve been stalking you on social media for a while now so I feel like I already know you!” << THIS — This is why I market the way I do so I don’t feel like a stranger to this close-knit group of my bride’s tribe!

Liz, Maddie’s other sister, Emmy, and her bridesmaids, Lex, Julia and Kathryn were legit my kind of people!! This wedding party was SO FUN and I absolutely LOVED spending the day with these people! You’ll see the fun that was had in the photos!

I am so so soo thankful our paths crossed. I knew I liked you during your engagement session and knew shooting your wedding would be so much fun. You two are an absolute joy to be around and truly wonderful human beings! It was an honor to capture your day and celebrate alongside you as you committed your lives to one another! I know you both are sipping drinks on the beach but hopefully, you’ll grab some champagne and relive your day through my favorites — I had so many!!
