Meet my friends, Martina and Andrew 🙂 Martina has been a LONG-TIME Instagram friend (since July 2020!) and we’ve BOTH been anxiously waiting for this season of their lives ever since! As you read this, Martina is also learning that I 100% slid into her DM’s on a quest to get her in front of my camera 🙂 Yes, Martina, it’s true haha!

I found her through a past bride, Corinna, who was Martina’s old college roommate. But let’s be honest, we were made to be friends because the connection runs DEEP. When I remember back to our first conversations, she said “I was just showing my boyfriend your page and we are obsessed with your edits because they are exactly what our place looks like” We talked about how I love the desaturated greens and pale neutrals. “He was like ‘we’re going to have to book her!” and that’s when I knew I just had to wait!

It truly has been so fun to get to know her and Andrew! This is the second time they both have been in front of my camera (see their proposal on my Instagram) and I’m so glad Andrew got in touch because I honestly want to soak in as much time with them during their short(er) engagement. And unfortunately, both vehicles got stuck in traffic on the way to this session so we really didn’t get to soak in our time, we were definitely rushed haha! But luckily, we’ll still be friends and sharing drinkies for a long time after they say I do.

They are getting married in June in Valparaiso and I am SO honored to be celebrating alongside them as my two new friends become husband and wife!!

The concert played “Tennessee Whiskey”, their wedding song-to-be, so obviously I had them slow dance.
